Description
A new item for the Engineer!
As its name and appearance suggest, it's a direct reference to a unique weapon in Valve's popular Half Life game. The name is also appropriate for the Engineer's hometown of Bee Cave, Texas.
Ideally this item would act as a taser, dealing greater damage than most of his other melee items and inducing a Shock status effect that causes victims to flinch hard, throwing off their accuracy.
I created and included a Shock icon for the HUD.
Why greater damage?
Because this item, like its brother the Gunslinger, replaces the Sentry with a new building: the Tesla Turret!
The reason for this item's greater damage will be explained in the Tesla's description.
This item was a bit of a pain, but not as much as the Turret. At first I was going to copy the Short Circuit's concept of the Engineer's glove unfolding, but then I figured I might as well not do that and go for an idea that already exists rather than the high-tech look.
