First 4 Figures!

Hey all,

Been silent for a while as I go back and review a lot of my work. 

First off though!
First 4 Figures has crafted up this little piece of awesomeness!!
It's a bit of a punch in the wallet, admittedly, but still! 
I think it's unlikely that Activision doesn't already have an HD Spyro in the works, but if they don't, perhaps a spike in interest for this would be a nice push?
Considering how the internet's been exploding for an HD remake of Spyro, they'd be dumb not to.

F4F is considering a much cheaper PVC statue for Spyro as well, I think the prospect's been submitted for approval, but we'll see.  It's cool to see the little purple dragon getting attention like this though!



Thanks for your input on my writing journal.  I've decided to go ahead and start working on editing Verdant Tale for online submission, and after a bit of that, I'll also try to start posting up Sands.  It's slow-going though because I have a ticket for NYCC this October, so I'm trying to save up for the trip and find lodging and all that fun stuff on top of trying to look for a better job.  I haven't vanished, just another of those Iceflame hiatuses where life keeps bowling me over.

I'll probably be starting up a Patreon for the writing chapters, because as much as I like to write, I need the money so I can get the time to do so.  I've lost a lot of time with physical therapy and other things pulling me side to side, plus having to help outside in the Florida heat at home X_X; But, with the Patreon, I'm going to be posting the chapters publicly once they're funded.  I don't like the whole "here, have a two-paragraph preview and see the rest on Patreon!" things that other artists seem fond of.  I'm still in that "starving artist" category and free stuff is a lifeline and inspiration, so I don't want to completely paywall my work.  I just want to see if I can get a little interest compensation for it so I'm not having to break my back as much to afford things.

Verdant Tale is shaping up to be a big story, almost like my Spyro fanfiction, but unlike Spyro, this one's much more planned, and it hasn't been wavering all that much since its inception whereas Spyro has evolved from a single-cell amoeba to a full-on tree by this point.  Honestly, I want to try to trim it, but....we'll see.

I don't know when I'll get it up here though.  I keep giving approximates and then getting stalled by life, so...it gets there when it gets there, I guess, until I can finally move out and have my own space.
